It is with great pleasure that I share this message so that you can appreciate the very purpose of our existence as Uganda Change Agent Association (UCAA).
On behalf of the Board, staff, and Change Agent members, I’m pleased to welcome you to the Uganda Change Agent Association (UCAA) website.
We are proud to be one of the many non-governmental organizations operating in Uganda today, especially with respect to positively transforming the lives of rural community members in Uganda so that they can live a gainful life characterized by hard work, harmony, and dignity.
UCAA empowers the vulnerable and marginalized community to analyze their situations and struggle to find solutions to the problems through the process of conscious awareness, reflection, analysis, and provision of effective remedies.
